We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Wealth Development Team as Vice President – Funds


Principal Responsibilities


  • To plan, support and implement investment products strategies relating to Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF, and Bonds centrally and to grow the investment products business by liaising with various stake holders to achieve business objectives
  • In depth knowledge of product specs for Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds and Equity Broking currently available in the Indian markets
  • Identifying new investment products and ideas for inclusion in our product suite. Tracking, conceptualizing and driving strategies around the key pillars that support the investment business such as sales achievement, penetration, market share etc
  • Work closely with Manager in establishing and enhancing collaboration protocol with partners and stakeholders including channel strategies
  • Work closely with frontline and product partners so as to take appropriate action to counter market events and landscape changes
  • Stakeholder management is a key to the role requirement both global as well as local. Strict adherence with Group strategy/policies, managing approvals/changes & maintain investments operational control
  • Planning and executing end to end product launch starting from the ideation stage to product launch. Should be excellent in drafting product approval forms and other related governance documents.
  • Complete responsibility of on boarding product providers for Mutual Funds, AIF and PMS including due diligence
  • Liaise closely with product providers to manage distribution relationships from business development perspective including sales support for branches, product training, commercial negotiations and customer events
  • Optimize operational risk mitigation vs. possible loss, ensuring compliance with all Group standards, manuals and regulatory environment guidelines
  • To be open, connected, and dependable and act with courageous integrity at all times. Full compliance with internal policies, procedures and compliance requirements
