We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President – Fund Accounting

Principal responsibilities

• Leading a team of accountants responsible for NAV oversight, Fees calculation, valuation oversight, fund control checks, Oversight of third parties and reviewing Financial statements for UCITS and Alternative Investment asset classes
• Develop a strong partnership with teams working on operational teams supporting UCITS Funds and Alternatives Operations teams to implement robust oversight and process execution framework
• Liaise with Alternatives Investment Fund Manager and ensure we have adequate oversight across the processes which are either partially or fully delegated to the service providers
• Review existing SLA’s with third parties to ensure their services are fully aligned with the services being provided
• Implement best in class operating standards for Global Fund services team through process re-engineering
• Daily oversight of Liquidity funds to ensure any significant changes in NAV are reported  
• Administration, investigation and resolution of daily Transfer Agent, Fund Administrator and Custodian queries as well as managing queries from the Management companies and onshore teams
• Work closely with TA, Administrator, Custodian and valuation agents to ensure timely and accurate processing and settlement of transactions in accordance with the Service Level Agreements.
• Review fund operating expenses, third party invoices and investor rebates and ensure timely and accurate processing.
