Principal responsibilities

• Deliver next generation execution algorithms and sophisticated performance analysis
• Provide thought leadership to a team of front office quants in carrying out quantitative research around equity execution
• Provide mentorship, guidance and vision to junior members.
• Showcase team deliveries and strengths to global counterparts building team rapport.
• Have hands on interaction with high frequency data/tick data and statistical models on the same
