- Perform development and unit testing independently with minimal guidance
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Conduct walk-throughs independently with customers and internal teams for development and design-related activities
- Backup the team lead during their absence
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Technical Skills:
Mainframes Development:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in V+/Mainframes development with a focus on CMS and FAS modules
