We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors,   and pain points.
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience.
• Translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs while maintaining brand consistency.
•  Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design.Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive for all users.
