We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
• Gain a deep understanding of users’ needs, motivations, behaviors and preferences• Work closely with product management, engineering and operations to improve user experiences• Analyze and incorporate user feedback into design iterations• Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of user needs, task analysis, and the creation of personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases• Create, distill and present concepts through wireframes, mockups and prototypes to all levels of the business and user• Monitor emerging UX, UI and design trends to establish and communicate a point-of-view
