Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and software engineering solutions to optimize user experience. You will translate design concepts into tangible prototypes with a balance of technical feasibility and design intent. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design solutions. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas. - Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design. - Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of user interface design principles. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD. - Knowledge of usability principles and best practices. - Familiarity with design thinking methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
