• Source, screen, and identify qualified IT candidates through a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for IT roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to understand recruitment needs and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Engage in contract negotiations and discussions with potential clients to promote our recruitment services.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and requirements.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate information and track recruitment progress.
• Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to fine-tune recruitment and business strategies.
• Participate in networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment initiatives to enhance brand awareness and attract top-tier talent.
• Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and new business opportunities.
