The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, managing the staff, and providing leadership to ensure the educational goals of the school are met. The Principal will be the educational leader of the school and will work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to promote a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in a leadership position in an educational setting
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
An advanced degree in education or a related field
Experience managing and developing staff
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Experience with curriculum development and implementation
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with budget management and financial planning
The candidate should also have a passion for education, be student-centered, and have the ability to inspire and motivate students and staff alike.
Organization, Strategy and Development
Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the school's policies, practices and procedures, to support the school's values and vision
Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure co-ordinated outcomes
Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.
