UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the experience of our products across multiple platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, usability testing, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, etc.) to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Lead UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and final design assets.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to gather valuable insights and improve design solutions.
• Translate business requirements and user feedback into intuitive and engaging design solutions.
• Maintain design consistency and implement design systems across all platforms.
• Present and articulate design concepts, user flows, and final designs to stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members to continuously improve user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, usability, and technology.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and quality of your designs during the development phase.

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Experience conducting usability testing, user research, and applying user feedback to design.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first principles.
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development principles.
• Experience with design systems and maintaining consistency across products.
• Knowledge of animation tools or prototyping tools like Principle or After Effects is a plus.
