Senior UI/UX Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking two talented Senior UI/UX Developers with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in front-end development. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and Redux, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of capital markets is a plus, and candidates must have the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Software Requirements:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, Redux
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces that meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Implement and maintain front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Redux.
- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to make iterative improvements to the UI.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.

UI/UX Design Tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD (optional)
Development Methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Capital Markets: Basic understanding of capital market concepts is a plus.
Experience:
- 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
- Proven experience in developing applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborate with designers and product teams in daily stand-up meetings.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
- Review code from team members and participate in code quality evaluations.
- Troubleshoot and debug user interface issues to enhance performance and user experience.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to user experience strategies.
- Provide updates and status reports to project stakeholders regularly.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in front-end development or UI/UX design are preferred.
