Could you be the full-time Troubleshooter in Supply Chain Quality Operation we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and dedicated teammates.
You'll ensure the technical excellence and reliability of our locomotives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Quality, Operation), ensure troubleshooting during validation and certification runs, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of populating relevant failure databases, guaranteeing information flow within the team, and contributing to reliability growth and return of experience.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring troubleshooting on locomotives during various phases according to best practices
Ensuring validity and certification of relevant tools
Populating and managing failure databases effectively
Facilitating communication within the troubleshooting team
Contributing to continuous reliability improvement
Providing support in special cases and adhering to EHS rules

Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised University
Experience or understanding of locomotive systems and troubleshooting
Knowledge of electrical schematics and software applications
Familiarity with IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A certification in relevant technical areas
Fluency in English, proficiency in Hindi is an asset
Agility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
