Travel counselor (Tier1) - Global Operations, Mid-Back office - Travel and Lifestyle Services 22001044


  •  Accountability (Individual role, Team player), reporting to B30.
  • Incumbent is responsible for completing stipulated task within pre-defined timelines maintaining speed and accuracy. Should be accounting acumen with data & MIS skills.

 Responsibilities:


  • Mid Back-office position based out of Gurgaon, requires collaborative work with 22 TLS markets for Air and Non-Air processes.
  • Data visualization and reporting, analytical thinking.
  • Leverage advanced excel features including macros, VBA, power BI to create data models.
  • Reconciliation of Vendor payments, Air bookings exceptions & In-depth research of ADM
  • Tracking of Hotel commissions collections
  • Proactivity resolving market queries

Qualifications:


·Graduate with 1 – 2 years of working experience, preferably in travel back office


·Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.


·Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting software e.g. (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).


·Good interpersonal & communication skills.


·Expertise with accounting and finance procedures.


·GDS (Sabre) knowledge is preferred.


·Understanding of financial tools like Central command.
