We're seeking a motivated individual for the role of Transportation Specialist to manage Claims Operations for Amazon Shipping program Team.
Key job responsibilities
1. Claims Escalation Management: Manage escalations coming via various channels, including SPS, emails, Account Managers requests.
Track claim escalations at shipper/Account Manager levels, ensuring a reduction in exceptions through coaching and implementing fixes.
2. Review and Enhance SOPs: Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed. Support Core operations team in handling claims process, training associates, and ensuring SOP compliance is met as needed.
3. Audit Charter: Conduct regular audits and share key findings with stakeholders to ensure adherence to approval and rejection accuracy goals are met.
4. Cadence Management: Lead cadences with aggregators and shippers to address claim L1/L2 escalations, pending issues, and provide support.
Conduct consistent analysis and deep-dives on metric performance, providing insights to leadership and stakeholders.
5. Take significant ownership of seller issues, proactively exploring process changes as necessary.
Demonstrate passion, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in handling support/claims operations
- Experience in courier industry
