Job Description

Rolls-Royce Global Business Services (GBS) is planning to significantly upscale its services.  There is a requirement for an experienced, driven Business Change Manager to lead projects from concept to operational handover whilst ensuring that operational performance isn’t compromised.


  • Takeover an in-flight project to move a functional area to Bangalore, India.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate 3rd parties to document the As-IS and identify the required changes to determine the MVP for the To-Be process.
  • Manage workstreams to deliver the required changes such as HR, IT, and Operations.
  • Carry out recruitment, managing the transition from Training, to Ramp-Up, then  through to Hypercare.

  • Project management qualification with minimum of 12+ yrs experience in similar role
  • Ability to lead teams, agility, coaching and development, inquisitiveness, proactive and willing to get involved
  • Has conducted relocation of services from one geography to another.
  • Previously worked in a GBS environment.
  • Experience in managing projects from start to finish.
  • Previously worked with complex operational areas to recruit, train, and transition work successfully without disruption to the business output.
  • Is pragmatic and proactive, understands the end goal and what’s required to deliver as fast as possible whilst delivering value.
