As a  Program Manager  within our “ Transformation Design & Delivery team ” , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.The TDD (Transformation Design & Delivery) is part of the Payment Operations organization supporting CIB wide transformation and change programs and platforms. As a member of the Migrations Team you will play an experienced role in ensuring we migrated clients effectively and accurately and meet internal project timeframes. You will be expected to guide initiatives under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced dynamic environment. 


Job responsibilities 


  •  Guide the project teams with consistent use of data models, planning tools, techniques and artefacts. 
  •  Ensure all Migration Team support is deployed to drive business readiness towards client migration. 
  •  Collaborate with the business, technical teams and local stakeholders. 
  •  Use data investigation techniques to create client demographics and migration strategies.
  •  Co-ordinate and conduct Production Verification testing (PVT) where required of functionality, production flows and target processes in support of client migrations. 
  •  Execute PVT (Production Verification Testing) scope. Identify what accounts, system access, stakeholder engagement is required.
  •  Co-ordinate and deliver an internal and external client communication plan for each project,
  •  Plan, track, and report progress of readiness and client migrations delivery.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 


  •  Experience in Banking / Financial services with strong Payments knowledge and / or prior experience in driving large scale strategic projects
  •  People Steering and Development 
  •  Strategic thinker with ability to define future state business model and drive execution to that effect. 
  •  Strong problem solving, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. 
  • Skilled communicator: able to help teammates make good conclusions. 
  • Solid track record of success in supporting large-scale initiatives 
  • Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and manage and deliver priorities on results-oriented basis
  • Strong Project management skills and ability to work on your own or collaboratively 
  • Attention to detail with an adept thought process 
  • Self-motivated, tenacious with excellent time management/prioritization skills.
