Our Transaction Management team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute corporate real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs.


What this job involves


The Transaction Analyst is responsible for evaluating, processing, and documenting various transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The role involves data analysis, reconciliations, preparing reports, and collaborating with different teams to ensure the smooth execution of financial operations, including:


  • Act as point of contact to the Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders.
  • Program management of business case preparation and approval processes for transactions across Asia Pacific.
  • Manage multiple international real estate transactions (traditional and flex/serviced office).
  • Coordinate, monitor, and execute all steps surrounding a corporate real estate transaction (initiate project start, present market surveys, schedule site tours, review RFPs and LOI, prepare financial analyses and building options lists, lease execution, closeout).
  • Conduct negotiations (either as primary negotiator or, in support of local brokers) as per clearly defined negotiation strategy.
  • Proactive management of lease events (lease breaks and expiries).
  • Prepare, review, and interpret financial analyses (Cash flow, NPV, P&L) to determine the financial impact of transaction scenarios.

Desired skills and experience for this job


  • 2-5+ years of corporate real estate experience in conducting or managing transactions and/or strategy (or related experience in Project Management, Consulting, Account Management, Portfolio Management, Lease Administration).
  • Fluent written and spoken English (Chinese, others a plus).
  • Analytical, financial, and reporting skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • "can do" approach, strategic thinking and a creative mind-set.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and with tight deadlines.
  • Personal credibility, customer relationship, networking and interpersonal skills.
