We are looking for Training Manager.
As Training Manager, you will design and implementation of a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring that training programs address the overall organization as well as specific Segment, Product, and employee needs by partnering with P&O, Senior leadership, and Segment / Function heads. Ensure all the regulatory and compliance trainings are rolled out and completed on time. Ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and cost optimization through a comprehensive platform and stakeholder management. Collaborate with Learning campus and other global stakeholders to access their trainings and certification programs.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Manage and ensure the effective delivery of training programs across diverse areas (e.g., leadership, technical, soft skills, function and methods), ensuring that training efforts contribute directly to business success.
- Identify and develop internal trainers, offering opportunities for growth, resources, and professional development to foster a sustainable, in-house training ecosystem.
- Oversee the training budget, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively. Implement cost-effective solutions like blended learning, e-learning platforms, and internal resources to reduce training expenditures.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with external training providers, ensuring that any outsourced training services are cost-effective and meet quality standards.
- Regularly assess training effectiveness to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) for training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure training programs adhere to legal, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and ensure all training content and delivery methods meet these standards.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of trainers, instructional designers, and learning specialists. Set clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for the team.
- : Proactively plan needs of the organization’s workforce by identifying emerging skills and trends, ensuring that the training function is prepared to address future challenges.
- Promote continuous learning and development within the organization, driving engagement and encouraging knowledge-sharing among employees.
Job Requirements/Skills:
- Proven experience (typically 15+ years) in training management, learning & development, or a similar field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing compliance and ensuring high-quality training delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline including Business Administration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align training programs with business and functional growth.
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other training technologies.
- Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Some of the regular tasks may include the following and other relevant activities:
1. Assess Training Needs: Conduct surveys, interviews, and consultations with management to identify training needs across the organization
2. Develop Training Programs: Create comprehensive training programs tailored to various departments, ensuring they align with organizational goals
3. Design Training Materials: Develop engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
4. Lead and Mentor Trainers: Provide guidance and support to a team of trainers, fostering their professional development
5. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Use feedback and assessment tools to measure the impact of training programs and make vital adjustments
6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in training and development
