Role Definition
Manages the training function to support the engineering teams in ICS in the areas of engineering tools, Manufacturing processes, product Integration, component engineering and also deliver product training on power generation, earthmoving and mining products.

Responsibilities
Manage the training team and meet the technical training requirements of engineers involved in the product development functions.


  •  Design & deliver the training programs on power generation products, heavy earthmoving, construction and mining equipment that explains the product and system level design features
  •  Provide specialized engineering technical support and learning plans related to engineering tools and dimensional engineering to design engineers
  •  Assist the product development teams with relevant learning programs for specific skill development needs that help connect engineers to the product quality.
  • Maintain the industry connect in the areas of engineering studies, Engineering standards and enable continuous learning in the areas of Product Development and new Technology.

Educational Qualification
Degree in Engineering, preferably on Mechanical or Electrical Engg  or Equivalent experience
