Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Training Manager to oversee the training and development of our staff in the Hotels and Lodging industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices.
Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement training programs for various departments within the hotel
. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers
. Create training materials and resources, including e-learning modules, videos, and manuals
. Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
. Collaborate with department managers to ensure training aligns with business goals and objectives
. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager or similar role in the Hotels and Lodging industry
- In-depth knowledge of various training and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
