As a Learning & Training specialist you’ll be responsible for coordinating the development of commercial/technical training content, maintaining, deploying , certification and developing training plan/calendar for internal and external audience. Continuous learning on our connected offerings is critical to ensure we grow faster with our differentiating offers and enable services sales.

Coordinate creation of commercial/technical content with subject matter experts
Deploy and maintain High quality training materials
Develop training program including certification for internal teams, Certified System Integrators , Specifiers and trade partners
Coordination and usage of approved Signify tools and suppliers
Single point of contact for all Systems and services training program
Minimum 8 years experience in training and learning solutions design
Expertise in using instructional methods and training techniques, including curriculum design principles and blended learning strategies
Strong interpersonal , communication skills and team player
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a timely and efficient matter
Creative in content and asset creation
In possession of Bachelor degree or higher
