Voice & Accent Trainer / Coach
We are looking for a training specialist to help employees cultivate their communication skills and
knowledge. The trainer is not only expected to transfer knowledge and skill but also motivate and set
examples to achieve high levels of excellence. The training specialist is required to enhance the
competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost
employee’s workplace performance in alliance with business needs and goals. He/she will be responsible for
performing training needs assessments, designing & delivering curriculum and learning materials, and
managing all phases of training development.
What you will do:
• The primary responsibility of the Voice & Accent trainer is to train the new hires on fundamental
skills of Customer service, Communication, Culture and Comprehension
• Conduct needs analysis, research, and create new training initiatives to strengthen the skill set of
employees
• Design, develop, and create a variety of instructional materials and job aids in accordance with
identified needs
• Support business with need-based OJT Support – coaching and refresher training
• Work closely with all teams for implementation and evaluation of training projects
• Create relevant and valid assessments to effectively measure performance
• Conduct employee engagement activities to maximize conversion
• Maintain updated records of all amendments in policies and procedures
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation in the training function
• Conduct call and email case audits, providing effective feedback on individual strengths and areas
for improvement
• Facilitate regular Team huddles or briefings to discuss team performance, identify skill gaps, and
address areas of improvement
• Conduct interviews to assess language and communication skills of candidates
• Ensure timely communication and implementation of process updates / policy/procedural changes
• Conduct client-specific training, as/if needed
What we look for:
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience of training in a relevant domain
• Knowledge of adult-learning principles and methodologies including classroom management,
coaching, curriculum development, and/or lesson planning
• Proficiency in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
• Technical knowledge of English grammar such as SVA, tenses, articles etc.
• Flexibility to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes
• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional and global teams
• Be a highly energetic, motivated, and ethical individual
• Flexible to work in shifts (primarily US shifts)
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Education
• Graduate in any field
