Job Summary


As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst in our Confirmations team, you will play a crucial role in drafting and executing OTC Legal Documents. You will gain exposure to various derivatives products and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Your contributions will promote operational success in a collaborative environment. Your role will involve understanding product fundamentals, improving control infrastructure, and ensuring legal documentation aligns with the Risk Management System.


Job Responsibilities


  • Draft and affirm legal confirmations.
  • Understand legal aspects of derivatives.
  • Drive efficiency in current processes.
  • Identify incorrect booking practices.
  • Educate Middle Office on impacts.
  • Escalate unissued documents timely.
  • Work on various control reports daily.
  • Manage mailbox and follow up on queries.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with business standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Hold a graduate degree with minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate strong partnership abilities.
  • Possess derivatives product knowledge.
  • Understand paper confirmations.
  • Be willing to work all shifts.
  • Know MS Office applications.
  • Handle high complexity and shifting priorities.
