Key responsibility of handling third part resources i.e., MIS, Promoters & Merchandisers Responsible for Team trainings to improve capabilities and ensure that the team becomes proficient & “future ready “from an execution standpoint. Provide training material on SFA. Co-ordinate and work closely with the training managers to organize training programs Train stakeholders on ethical considerations and provide guidance on decisions and act in accordance with Galderma values Travel in key markets, develop strong relationships with the sales function, gather understanding of the market requirement and come back with suggestion to grow the brand and business
Work with several subcontractors, such as third part manpower service agency & printing houses, etc Build strong agency partnerships to deliver world class activation
