Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and embedded electronics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and safety-conscious teammates.
You'll lead a team to design the control command of the Traction System, ensuring the success of our projects while adhering to our QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives and Site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) directives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Traction Skill Leaders, Domain Leaders in Engineering, SSM, PrEM, and TrSE), manage resources, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing DFQ rules, promoting project solutions, and managing subcontracting specifications, but also contribute to performance indicators and improvement plans.
We’ll look to you for:
Guaranteeing EHS objectives and compliance with safety regulations
Being the primary point of contact for PrEM and TSE for Traction Control activities
Managing, developing, and training Engineers and Technicians within your domain
Ensuring the application of software development rules and methodologies
Defining Control Command content, tasks, and planning for projects
Overseeing workload, staffing, and resource reporting
Managing subcontracting from specification to delivery validation

Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience or understanding of embedded electronics in project management
Knowledge of traction systems and their control command
Familiarity with EHS practices and regulations
A certification in project management or a related discipline
