Role Description


The Global Real Estate (GRE) Division’s primary objective is to manage the real estate portfolio of Deutsche Bank inclusive of procurement, operations, and strategic planning. As a Governance, Risk and Control Manager, you will be preparing and supporting Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) for audits, developing and implementing the Service Line response to the Risk Assessment Programme and developing a keen understanding of key policies and procedures.

Your key responsibilities


  • Manage governance and controls for operational Vendor service relationships
  • Monitoring key policies & procedures with which SDMs need to comply and develop associated controls to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure contracts contain the correct level of Governance, Controls, service and reporting principles
  • Drives performance management reporting on Tier1 vendor’s operational activities
  • Develops performance related reporting tools and management reports for the wider stakeholder group within GRE.
  • Develops effective measurement of the performance of service delivery, customer satisfaction, compliance and GRE initiatives.
  • Develops and executes agreed reporting and analytics objectives, plans and policies that can have a significant impact on the business unit's profitability and strategic direction.

Your skills and experience


  • Vendor Management, Third Party Risk Management and Service Relationship Management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of and experience in Service Delivery Management & Supplier Performance Management.
  • Fully conversant with Vendor Service Delivery metrics (SLA/KPIs/KRIs).
  • Experience of Contract Management & Governance.
  • Experienced in working with third parties and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in change execution.
