Requirements
Requirements – TGT English Teacher
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a related field. B.Ed. is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience preferred. Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply.
Skills: Excellent English communication (spoken & written), classroom management, and student engagement.
Knowledge: Strong grasp of grammar, literature, and writing techniques. Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital tools.
Certifications: CTET/STET qualification (as per school requirements) is a plus.
Other Qualities: Passion for teaching, patience, adaptability, and teamwork.
