Overview:
We are seeking experienced QA Automation Engineers with a minimum of 5 years of experience for our Diversity Hiring Referral Program. The ideal candidates will have a robust technical background in automation testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Software Requirements:
· Proficiency in automation testing using one or more of the following technologies:
o Selenium Java Web and API Automation: Selenium WebDriver, Java, REST Assured
o Selenium Expert: Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, TestNG/JUnit
o SDET and API: Java/Python, REST Assured, Postman, JMeter, Cucumber
o API Testing: Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, SoapUI
· Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
· Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
· Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL).
· Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

· Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

· Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
· Collaborating with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to understand application functionalities and testing requirements.
· Troubleshooting and debugging test failures and application issues.
· Engaging in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Certification in relevant technologies (preferred).
