We are looking for Turnkey Testing & Commissioning Manager
You’ll make a difference by
- The Turnkey Testing & Commissioning Manager is responsible of the organization of the transportation system installation,
- Turnkey Testing & Commissioning works, in close coordination with the lots Installation Managers and Testing & Commissioning Managers from the subsystems,
- Develops and implements overall Testing & Commissioning Plans and procedures including pass/fail criteria,
- Directs and supervises the project testing and commissioning activities considering the project requirements and relevant standards,
- Coordinates all static and dynamic testing and commissioning activities in cooperation with the responsible lots/subsystems and the site management team,
- Reports on test and commissioning execution, results and anomalies,
- Support on analysis and follow up of anomalies
Desired Skills:
- Degree in technical engineering, preferably in traffic planning, traffic engineering or electrical engineering preferably with railway specific specialization
- Extensive professional experience (10 years desired) in railway transportation systems
- Experience in rail guided transport operation e.g. metro systems is desirable
- Several years of work experience as team member in international projects (desired: two international railway project executions)
- Profound experience in technical engineering and interface management
- Technical knowledge on all major subsystems of a railway turnkey project, e.g. Signaling, Railway Communication, Electrification, Power Supply, Rolling Stock, SCADA, Track Work etc.
- Experience in reading and understanding of contractual technical requirements
- Knowledge of project management principles for project realization and execution
- Knowledge of engineering processes and standards associated with this, e.g. DIN EN 50126,
- Knowledge of contract and claim management
- Fluent English essential,
- Due to the international orientation of the projects, mobility and willingness to travel is essential. This may also require long-term delegations.
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Team leadership and mediation skills between teams
- Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills
- High level of customer and quality orientation together with strong abilities in consulting and implementation
