As a Junior Test and Validation Engineer, you willbe responsible for designing and executing functional and non-functional test cases, automated test cases development, and identifying application issues and report discrepancies.

What you will do
Requirement understanding, Test cases development, and make sure all functional and non-functional requirements are covered.
Execute test cases manually and/or by automationand provide test reporting after testing is done.
Collaborate with the software development team to troubleshoot bugs.
Work closely with Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Bengaluru (Bangalore) teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop automation test cases in existing test framework.
Support the maintenance activities i.e. root cause analysis and solution verifications.
Your qualifications
Bachelor or above, majored in computer science, telecommunication, automation, etc.
Minimum 3 yearsof experience in software area testing.
Experience on product/E2E system manual test methods, and QA skills.
Experience with working in Agile/SAFe software development frameworks.
Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good with communicationskills (English language).
Advanced qualifications to make yourself stand out:
Flutter based mobile application testing (iOS/Android) and Appium test automation experience is a plus.
Experience on product/E2E system automation test cases development, execution and understanding of CICD tools is a plus.
Familiar with IoT Platforms, like smart lighting systems is a plus.
Selenium web application testing automation is a plus.
Python development skills are a plus.
