Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 5 to 7 years’ experience, or Master’s degree in field with 5+ years’ experience Test Management & Test Methodologies (Integration, Verification & Validation) Expertise in common test practices (Automation, Functional & Non-Function tests, use cases)
- Deep knowledge of Unix /Linux/ Android systemsDeep knowledge of Ethernet networksDeep knowledge of common defect management and tools (ClearQuest, JIRA)Knowledge of Agile and common tools (JIRA, VersionOne)
- Good motivator / Team leaderStrong analytical abilitiesFamiliarity with common system weaknesses (race conditions, synchronization problems, border values, intermittent problems in SW & HW)
- Ability to understand and create test casesComfortable with handling and performing troubleshooting on software & hardwareAttention to detail.
- High level of proficiency in MS products such as Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications:
- Describe additional requirements such as certifications, industry-specific experience, languages, technical skills and/or experience with specific tools, equipment, computer hardware or software, etc.
- Experience in the aerospace industry; avionics experience preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ of experience in an engineering integration, verification or validation team
- Understanding of software development methods and electrical/mechanical design
- User Interfaces, Networking, SATCOM, and/or communication systems test experience
- Software and/or Hardware development design experience
- Experience in Test Automation
