Initiates and implements quality improvement activities as appropriate to improve testing performance and efficiency.Manage and ensure internal and external customer expectations are met from work delivery standpointFollow TSYS policies and procedure, product and development methodologies. Technologies used for product delivery.Look for and suggest process improvements and continuous quality measures across the development lifecycle. Collaborate with other SMEs/ Leads/ test engineers to implement these where possible.Provide domain and technical guidance to the test team from both manual as well as automation perspective and ensure team members are trained in all areas.Prepare and ensure that QA KPIs meet the targets e.g. Productivity, Incident Acceptance etc.Keep track of industry trends & technologies and identify areas of implementation within the team.Works as a self-starter and prefers to complete responsibilities with less supervision.Demonstrate a strong positive 'CAN-DO" attitude with a strong focus on results and delivery.Contribute to Test Framework and maintain existing frameworks by ensuring highest automation coverage in the projectsEncourage share ownershipGlobal Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
