We are looking for: Test Architect / Test Lead,
You’ll make an impact by:
·Expertise in both Windows and web-based automation.
·Proficiency in Python is mandatory.
·Develop and implement advanced testing strategies and frameworks.
·Lead and mentor QA teams in adopting standard processes in test automation.
·Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
·Establish performance, scalability, and reliability testing processes.
·Monitor and analyze test results, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
·Evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies.
·Lead the testing team (from technical point of view) in planning, implementing, and monitoring testing activities.
·Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
·Ensure thorough testing coverage and adherence to testing standards.
·Coordinate with development teams to resolve defects and issues.
·Provide regular updates on testing progress and results to partners.
·Mentor and train junior testers.
·Support development teams in test infrastructure.
·Serve as the technical contact for all testing-related topics.
·Participate in Communities of Practice (COPs) for testing and architectural discussions.

·Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
·10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
·Proven track record of designing and implementing test frameworks and automation solutions.
·Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
·Experience with performance and scalability testing.
·Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
·Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
·Experience in leading (technically) and managing testing teams.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·Ability to work independently
·Self-motivated and self-driven
·Excellent team player with capabilities to technically lead the team and motivate team-members.
