Role and Responsilbilities:
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Can handle distributors complaints, sales orders, supply chain effectively.
• Monitor retailer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Direct retail coverage of minimum 30 stores daily, ensuring In-Store execution
• Ensuring retail coverage and store presence in assigned territory
• Cover geographic area spread across multiple cities including outstation working
• Maintain self-journey plan and ensure self-beat working
• Ensuring that all promotion communications are properly done
• Taking paid or non-paid secondary space in the store in best possible place
• Responsible for Primary/Secondary target for the region and growth of business
• Planning of primary and secondary for the month
• Distributor management
• Appointment of new distributor whenever required
• Ensuring primary and secondary sales
• Ensuring maintenance of required level of stocks
• Receiving correct claims and getting them processed
• Maintain all required records
• Ensuring timely clearance of company outstanding
• Closure of distributor in case required and clearing all outstanding
• Ensuring stock availability at prominent place for all our products
Job Requirement:
• Education: Graduate or Equivalent degree
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of working in non-food FMCG
