JOB DESCRIPTION:Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives: To drive sales and market presence in defined Hospital / Key Accounts for ADC’s base business to meet plan sales Major Responsibilities:Sales FocusEnsure achievement of sales objectives on monthly, quarterly and annual basis as laid down by business for BGM products primarilySales projection (Primary & Secondary) for territory under coverage.Sales target setting for major Distributors under coverage.Managing desired inventory at distribution level.Ability to drive various commercial campaigns to enhance business both at Retail and Distributor levelBusiness Planning & Distribution ManagementSubmission of monthly LBEs in co-ordination with Regional Account Manager and Distribution ManagerIdentify potential towns & recommend distributors in line with business strategy.Formulate & execute the secondary sales plan – Area wise, distributor wise, Brand wise, SKU wise.Follow through on various decisions impacting trade management.Develop and ensure implementation and expansion of Distribution plan across territoriesEnsure Key Account coverage and proper servicing of ADC meters to maintain and ring-fence hospitalsFormulate and ensure implementation of trade & consumer promotion plansCompetition tracking & providing inputs to the RAMReportingDaily activity report in ETMSTerritory reports on area performanceAccurate DOH reporting and analysisOther relevant forms related to market data capturingCode of conduct and compliance to stat / regulatory norms Adherence to Abbott code of conduct and various SOPs and OEC guidelinesConformation to all financial and administration systemsCompliance to statutory and regulatory normsThe base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY:Sales ForceDIVISION:ADC Diabetes CareLOCATION:India > Pune : Tara Heights, CTS No.20/2, Final Plot, no.18/2ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:WORK SHIFT:StandardTRAVEL:Yes, 100 % of the TimeMEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:Not ApplicableSIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
