The candidate being in frontend sales shall be able to conclude technical & commercial discussion with customers independently, predict competitor offerings and shall be able to convert enquiries into orders.
Must to have collaborative, consultative and transparent approach towards work.
Looking for a seasoned, result driven, dynamic candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with zeal to succeed in challenging environment.
The candidate shall be having Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in Electrical / Electronics with minimum 5 years of experience in Sales with competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce), PowerPoint presentations.
Roles and responsibility:
• In this role, the candidate is expected to grow business of LV switchgear and LV panels (SIEPAN / SIVACON) offered through License Partners from the assigned territory.
• Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to meet the expectations as well as bridge the gap. Business targets – OI growth, Share of Wallet, Revenue, Sales Margin, Customer development, overall business development
• Plan and visit customers in the assigned area, build and foster strong relationships to meet the sales target and support customers requirements.The candidate should be able plan, develop and achieve business targets in End User, Panel Builder, OEM and consultant segment.
• Identify and appoint channel partners to expand network.
• Able to sell concepts and get customer confidence based on value selling.
• Coordinate with BD, Logistics, service team as and when required.
• Design strategies aimed at growing regional revenue by satisfying customer needs and Trainings.
• Support strategic key customers' business development.
• Sales systematic & reporting in CRM tool.
• Should possess high initiative to push channels to derive higher growth in new fields like iMCC, Energy Management Systems, Digitalization, Sustainability etc.
• Observe competitor strategies and activities within the assigned region.
• Handling of Channels in the assigned area
