The Data Analyst is dedicated to supporting the TM team in data ETL tasks as well as business intelligence reporting. They use data science, statistics and DB normalization tools and resources to help TM maintain structure treatment and use of its data in order to minimize tasks, guarantee data availability and accuracy, and to ultimately impact the team’s success ratio and productivity.

• Develop and maintain a ETL framework for TM using tools including MS Excel Power Query, Power PVT, etc.
• Develop and maintain a business intelligence and reporting network using tools including MS Power BI
• Create and maintain a structure repository of data
• Support the TM team members in their everyday data needs

Academic Qualifications:

• Proficient in English for professional communication purposes

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:

• Business Administration
• Computer Science
• Mathematics/Statistics

• Certifications in Microsoft tools are a plus, e.g.:

  
  
• • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel Expert
  • Additional Tools (nice-to-have):
  • SQL knowledge for data extraction and querying.
  • Knowledge of Python/R for advanced data manipulation.

• At least 3 years of experience working in roles involving advanced Excel and Power BI, such as:

• MIS (Management Information Systems) Analyst
