Florencia Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive for our Pharmaceuticals division. This role involves managing the entire tender process for both B2B and B2C segments in the allopathic field. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful submission of tender documents, while also building relationships with clients and partners.

• Oversee the tender submission process, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and submitted on time
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tenders
• Maintain a database of tender opportunities and deadlines
• Research and identify B2B and B2C tender opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
• Communicate with healthcare providers, distributors, and government agencies regarding tender requirements
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements related to tender submissions
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on tender strategy and outcomes
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote our products and services
