Job Title: Telesales Executive – Digital Channel
Location: Hyderabad / Chennai

Purpose of the Position:

The Telesales Executive – Digital Channel is a result-oriented role responsible for achieving organizational objectives by driving sales through digital processes. This position demands enthusiasm, a focus on achieving targets, and a customer-centric approach to selling financial products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively achieve sales targets through effective outbound calling and telesales efforts.
  • Handle complete sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate expertise in handling and successfully closing sales deals.
  • Adapt to dynamic sales environments and handle complex sales situations with strong analytical skills.
  • Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and communication to ensure a professional interaction with clients.
  • Provide regular updates to the Team Leader on sales performance and progress.
Functional Skills Required:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenging sales scenarios.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in sales processes and closing techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure sales processes are streamlined and efficient.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and manage priorities effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 10+2 or Any Graduate.
  • Minimum of 1+ years in a telesales or BPO environment.

  • At least 6 months of experience in outbound sales.

  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools.

  • Strong knowledge of business and financial products is advantageous.

  • For Chennai: Proficiency in English and Tamil.

  • For Hyderabad: Proficiency in English and Telugu.
