Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales representative to join our team in the Communications industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telesales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers
. Presenting and promoting products or services over the phone
. Understanding customer needs and requirements
. Closing sales and achieving targets
. Maintaining customer records and updating databases
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in telesales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
