Main Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Provide information about products or services and handle customer questions and concerns.
Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to team objectives and goals.
Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
