Tele caller

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to handle student inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain professional communication with politeness and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential students and provide information on courses and programs.
  
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone while interacting with students and parents.
  
• Address queries, provide solutions, and guide students through the enrollment process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  
• Work collaboratively with the sales and counseling teams to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  
• Stay updated on course details, admission procedures, and promotional offers.
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in [mention required languages].
  
• Excellent customer service skills with a polite and persuasive approach.
  
• Ability to handle and resolve student queries efficiently.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
