Technology Resiliency Operations Specialist


Who we are looking for


The goal of the Technology Resiliency Operations team supports the Corporate Functions, Markets and Finance (CFMF) business units management of technology and resiliency risks.  The team will work with the Business Continuity team, Business and Technology Risk Advisory teams and members of the CFMF Business Risk organization to ensure data is maintained accurately to as business staff and organization changes occur, develop and maintain various dashboard and provide reporting as required. 


Understanding the concepts of resilience and risk are key to being effective. The role will require strong organizational skills, with the ability and agility to execute on multiple projects and initiatives at simultaneously. Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, Tableau along with technology and resilience risk would be beneficial.


What you will be responsible for


As a Technology Resiliency Operations Specialist you will


  • Understand dependencies for business processes, business functions, applications, technology, and internal / external parties related to the business to provide data validation, and identify required changes
  • Design, build and maintain technology and resiliency dashboards and applications using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate tools.
  • Work with business teams and management on confirming staffing changes and employee mappings
  • Assist with various continuity test scheduling to confirm business participation and consolidation of results including but not limited annual recovery solutions testing and application recovery testing. 
  • Provide data uploads and data refresh needed for various technology resiliency dashboards.
