Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, implementing best practices, and providing support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure the integrity and governance of systems. - Develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives. - Adhere to best practices for delivering services. - Implement and maintain existing standards and methods of delivery. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to systems and applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Strong understanding of infrastructure technology support. - Experience in deploying and supporting infrastructures and applications. - Knowledge of best practices for delivering services. - Familiarity with architectural and operational perspectives. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT operations and support. - Solid grasp of IT governance and compliance. - Understanding of IT infrastructure management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
