The Emerging Tech Standard Delivery Team will orchestrate adoption of new technologies and build Enterprise Solutions for D&A Operations. The individual will work closely with Specialists, Operations & Technology delivery teams to devise documentation of Enterprise solutions that deliver business and customer value. The individual in the role will handle partners and co-ordinate with teams highly proficient in machine learning, database development and front-end application engineering.
The individual will be crafting and maintaining high-quality requirements' documentation for various projects. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of projects, and communicate effectively with partners at all levels.
Roles, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
-Develop Requirements Documentation
Build clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documents that outline project objectives, scope, functional requirements, technical specifications, and user requirements
-Collaborate with Stakeholders
Work with business analysts, product managers, developers, and other partners to capture detailed information and understand project needs.
-Translate Business Needs
Convert requirements into functional specifications that can be understood and implemented by technical teams.
-Document User requirements and Use Cases
Write acceptance criteria to capture specific functionalities and user interactions.
-Maintain Documentation Standards
Ensure all requirements documents adhere to established standards and apply industry standard practices for transparency, accuracy, and consistency.
-Review and Revise Documents
Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in project scope, requirements, or feedback from partners.
-Facilitate Requirements Workshops
Assist in conducting workshops and meetings to capture requirements, resolve ambiguities, and gain consensus on project work.
-Ensure Traceability
Build traceability matrices to trace back the requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all requirements are met.
-Support Project Teams
Provide support to project teams during development, testing, and implementation phases, ensuring that requirements are understood and accurately implemented.
-Quality Assurance
Participate in quality assurance activities to validate that the final product meets detailed requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of confirmed experience in Automation processes
- understanding of new technologies like Python including AI / ML, Technology implementation
- Ability to build use case diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual representations of requirements
- Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops to capture requirements and educate partners
