Technical Writer
A challenging and rewarding opportunity to join a leading company in the renewable energy sector! This position will be onsite in Mexico/Turkey/India.
TPI Composites is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our talented team of engineers who create innovative solutions for wind rotor blades. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining clear and concise work instructions and best practices for the production, installation, and maintenance of our products. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders ensuring the quality and consistency of our documentation. Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain work instructions and best practices for the production of wind rotor blades, using various tools and formats (e.g., text, graphics, videos, etc.)
• Ensure that the documentation is accurate, complete, clear, concise, and compliant with the relevant standards and regulations
• Collaborate with process engineers, designers, technicians and other stakeholders to gather and verify the technical information and requirements
• Manage the documentation workflow, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a technical writer in the renewable energy sector, preferably in wind rotor blades
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English (C1 proficiency or high)
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Spanish (position in Ciudad Juárez), Turkish (position in Izmir). 
• Proficient in using various tools and formats for creating and managing documentation (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
• Knowledge of the technical aspects and terminology of wind rotor blades and the renewable energy sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
