What will you do?


  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs on Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI & Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft products
  • Plan and execute training sessions for the Finance Center of Excellence
  • Handle ad-hoc training requirements as they arise
  • Work on L&D analytics and data analysis to measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Provide floor support for any queries related to the topics taught
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft products and incorporate them into training programs
  • Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources, to support the training programs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the learning outcomes and effectiveness of the training sessions
  • Provide feedback and coaching to participants to help them improve their skills and knowledge
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and other training events to engage and educate employees
  • Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and progress to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

What we look for?


  • Graduate / Postgraduate / Master’s Degree in any stream
  • 6-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI & Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft products
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • 4+ years of experience in developing curriculum or training content, such as presentations, facilitator guide, participant guide, e-learning modules, session plans, takeaways, videos, quizzes, and assessments
  • Good planning and administrative skills

  • FY24 Performance should be minimum “Consistently Meets Expectations” or higher
  • Employees on active warning letters andin PIP for last 6 months are not eligible to apply
