الوصف الوظيفي

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our IT Services team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service, providing essential support to our clients and ensuring their IT systems run smoothly. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and delivering solutions in a timely manner.


Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
  3. Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
  4. Document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
  5. Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues.
  6. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  8. Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
  9. Provide feedback to management on recurring issues to improve service quality.
