Technical Specialist - Testing
Your role:
Understanding of software development, QA processes, tools and technologies used in test automation
Deep understanding of various test design techniques & automation design patterns
Excellent coding and debugging skills.
You're the right fit if:
8+ years experience in software testing/development.
Client/Server Testing (Preferably in Health Domain)
Understanding Product & architecture knowledge is a must
SQL Server, AWS Cloud, SOAPUI tool, Dicom, HL7
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Good understanding/experience of the healthcare standards is advantage.
Good understanding/experience in SAFe way of working
KAR :
Analyze requirements, Design Test Scenarios, Create Test cases, Manage Test Data & Test environment
Review test cases, execute test cases on required infrastructure, identify defects, and triage defects
Define and write automation steps against the specification
Develop code to implement the automation steps
Establish tractability and test coverage.
Design, develop and maintain test automation scripts using standard and custom tools.
Work with product owner to define program increment and sprint scope.
Participate in design discussion and provide input to design finalization.
As a role of expert should review the test documents as per design and Architecture of product.
Establish tractability and test coverage.
Collaborating cross functionally with Test Architects and Test Leads to proactively analyze current processes and practices and defining improvements of test strategy and test coverage.
How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
