About your team

This is an opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to ensuring firm wide coordination of change, including strategic prioritisation, firm wide governance and the setting and monitoring of change standards and KPIs to ensure that change activity across the firm is aligned to strategy and delivers value for money.

About your role

The role would be focussed on Production Support and DevOps practices for the ECPMO suite of applications specifically Clarity PPM, PEAC and Apptio. In this role, you will support the operations of the tools, ensuring provision of application support, production assurance, data maintenance in addition to the day to day running including support for the end users. The role holder will be working with other ECPMO and wider technology teams ensure that production assurance, data maintenance and release management is effectively managed to support the agreed ECPMO tooling roadmap.

The candidate will require a deep understanding of the quality processes followed in Fidelity liaising with the various delivery as and support teams such as technology infrastructure services, IT Security, UNIX server team, and database teams for resolving issues/conflicts.

About You

• 8-10  years of experience in Information Technology gained in an application delivery & support function with a B.E. / B-Tech. / MCA or equivalent
• Knowledge of Linux implementations ,Infrastructure patching, vulnerabilities and operations for On-Prem as well as SAAS applications
• Understanding of Cloud based operations, specifically EC2 and knowledge of supporting SaaS and On-Prem applications including SaaS migration
• Technical Support , Daily Health checks, Monitor the process/jobs and work with different Infrastructure teams to resolve any issues as part of End user support
• Knowledge of Clarity PPM Application, application upgrade and support processes including API’s, integration and automation
• Knowledge of integration of reporting solutions like Power BI Reports
• Understanding of DevOps Engineering tools including GitHub and Jenkins
• Sound analytical & debugging skills
• Knowledge of Oracle database with fluency in SQL, NSQL and PLSQL statements
• ITIL certification beneficial
